Thank you for shopping at Veter. We consider our service to you to be of the utmost importance. To ensure that your expectations align with what we offer, we ask that you read our terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted through or in connection with Veter. By using our website or services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Changes
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please check them regularly when using Veter to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

2. Ordering
When placing an order, you enter into a payment obligation. We reserve the right to refuse orders, for example, if we suspect fraud or misuse. Placed orders cannot be canceled. Therefore, please check your order carefully before placing it.

3. Availability
All laces in our webshop are in stock and ship from Apeldoorn. Would you rather visit us? You are very welcome in our store!

4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius, KBC/CBC, gift cards. You can also pay at our location. All prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Any import duties for orders outside the EU are your responsibility.

5. Shipping
We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment. Please check your address carefully, as any errors are at your own risk. Would you like to track your order? Then choose a shipping method with a tracking code. Shipments without a track & trace code cannot be tracked, not even by us. Therefore, the risk of a shipment without a tracking code is your own responsibility. We pack your order compactly and without unnecessary materials, but always ensure safe shipping.

6. Delivery
Within the Netherlands, your order will usually be delivered the next business day via PostNL or DHL if you order before 4:00 PM. If you choose a shipment without a tracking code, it may take an additional business day. Please be aware of possible delays for shipments delivered through the letterbox. The average delivery time for international orders is 3-10 business days. If you haven’t received anything after 20 business days, please contact us. Please note: if your package is refused or not collected at a collection point, the €9.75 processing fee and shipping costs will be charged.

7. Warranty
You can expect our laces to meet the specifications and quality that can reasonably be expected of the product. If you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to contact us.

8. Returns
Most laces can be returned within 14 days. Custom laces are an exception. Once we receive your return in unused condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase price within 10 business days. The costs and risks of return shipping are at your own expense.

9. Service
We do everything we can to prevent ambiguities and complaints. Do you still have a question or complaint? Please contact us at info@veter.nl. We will respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can contact the European ODR Platform.

10. Privacy
We treat your data confidentially and use it exclusively to process your order or for our newsletter. Data is not shared with third parties, unless required by law.

11. Liability
Veter is not responsible for indirect damage, errors, or omissions on the website. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the product.
