Returns? No problem!

Use the returns form below to register your return of laces. If you need help finding a replacement color, please let us know. Your laces must be returned unused and in any packaging within 14 days of receipt. Custom laces cannot be returned.

Our Returns Process:

1. Registration:Complete the returns form below to register your return.

2. Confirmation:We will let you know if you can indeed return these laces. You will receive the return address and further instructions from us.

3. Print:You will receive the registration form in our confirmation email. Print the email and include it with your return shipment. This way, we can ensure we process your return correctly.

4. Shipping:Please return your laces well-packaged within 14 days. Ensure secure shipping and preferably use a tracking code. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of returning the item.

5. Exchange or refund:After receipt in good order, we usually process your return within two business days. You will receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Would you like to exchange your laces? We will send them to you immediately after receiving your return. You will always receive a confirmation email.

Good to know: If your return does not meet the conditions or the process above, we unfortunately cannot process the shipment. No exceptions are made.
